I know… it’s been a while since I blogged. There isn’t much to tell besides the daily grind of chores, kids, and work.

I’m a prisoner in my own home again. My warm-weather enemies have returned. The stupid bees are hovering outside my front and back doors and I can’t get out. Why did they choose my house? I’m looking across the street at the neighbors and I don’t see any bees. What’s so attractive about my house? Stupid nature! I want to live in a high rise condo in Hoboken.

I’m repainting the living/dining rooms. I’ve tried 3 colors in one week and I’m still not satisfied. My husband thinks I’m being anal. I can’t help that my right brain is sensitive to my surroundings. I want a comfortable home considering how much time I spend indoors. Anyway, it’s not my fault there are a thousand and one shades of taupe from which to choose! On top of that, I feel rushed to finish this project before I go on vacation next week. I know! I’ll break both of my legs and call Extreme Home Makeover for help!

It’s here! Page 97 of BHG’s Scrapbooks, Etc. magazine. It’s so exciting to see my name in print! I wonder if the feeling ever gets old :) I was a little disappointed that they did not enlarge the journaling. I thought it was the most profound aspect of the layout. I don’t know who the girl is, but James thinks she’s cute *hehe* Anyway, the magazine (see cover pic) will be in stores on April 12th.
